Adsorption Sack Frames - Single, Double, Enclosed or Vibrating

Adsorption Sacks, ideal for wet waste onsite, are best situated in Sack Frame to suspend the sack which is specially designed to allow the fast flow of water whilst retaining solids and adsorbing contaminants. Ideal for washing concrete equipment off into and other onsite waste disposal. Sacks can be used in conjunction with a Frame to allow drained water to be pumped to discharge point or reintroduced back into system.

CWS Concrete Washouts – Manual or Automatic pH Control

A cost effective alternative to skips & suction wagons, the CWS allows concrete equipment to be washed off onsite by separating the solids in the wash water and indefinitely recycling the remaining water. pH can be easily neutralised if required. 
The ‘Ultra’ offers auto pH control (CO2) and incorporates a high volume pump to supply optimum hose pressure for washoff.

Washout Trays – Standard, Tapered or XL

Tray for capture and easy disposal of waste Simple, easy to move trays for capturing and transferring waste and concrete waste. Available in Standard, Tapered & XL.

Hydrodem – HpC, GWS or Compact

A simple solution for retaining solids and correcting pH in Hydrodem waste water. Adsorption Sack to capture solids, pH electrode to test pH level and mixer and dosing unit to correct pH.

Ideal for washing off grout equipment, mixers, piling rig equipment, concrete skips, wagons, Hydrodem and Water Treatment. Adsorbs and retains the solids and uses purpose built coalescing media to clean wash water. Optional auto pH control by liquid or CO2.
 
Water Treatment Systems

Self-contained units or full systems to separate and treat wastewater and Water Quality Monitoring Systems including Settlement & lamella Tanks, flocculation, and pH adjustment dosing, pH/TSS/Turbidity/Salinity remote monitoring, auto de-sludging.

Ideal solutions when dewatering and dealing with stubborn suspended solids. Coalescing/lamella media provides a huge settling area and encourages settlement of all types of silt. Systems can be used with or without Flocculant. Media can be provided with varying diameter openings making the Kelly Tanks WTS Systems ideal for any application. System can also be fitted with remote water quality monitoring systems and/or auto desludging pumps

Remote Monitoring & Dosing

Automatic pH correction and/or flow proportional flocculant or coagulant dosing with real time monitoring & downloadable data logging.
