Worcestershire to pursue new children's social care model
Worcestershire County Council has agreed to develop a wholly owned council company to deliver children's social care services in the region.
The council’s cabinet considered the recommendation, which is now subject to final approval from the Department for Education, and will seek to have the new system in place by April 2019.
