Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) has appointed Cubiquity Media to deliver its new Print, Fulfilment & Mailing Framework, giving public sector and not-for-profit organisations a compliant, ready-to-use route to market.

At the centre of the framework is a digital, direct-to-supplier platform that allows buyers to access real-time quotes and place orders with a network of pre-approved suppliers. Users can compare options by price, location, capability and environmental impact, helping them make faster, better-informed purchasing decisions.

This Procurement Act 2023 compliant framework is designed to reduce administration, improve transparency and support cost savings, while helping organisations consider sustainability and social value in everyday procurement, while supporting SMEs and regional providers.

Dave Shepherd, Managing Director of Cubiquity Media, described it as “a step-change in how print and related services are procured across the public sector,” helping organisations make “faster, better-informed decisions” while unlocking savings.

An EEM spokesperson said “the framework gives members immediate commercial benefits whilst providing a more agile and transparent way of working through a single, easy-to-use platform, with access to a broad supplier network, driving competition, and achieving measurable sustainable efficiencies.”
