Site survey

Following your enquiry, you will be contacted by phone to introduce ourselves and ask key details about the project. Following this call and understanding your requirements, we will advise whether a site survey is required. These are free or charge and are part of our quotation process. In a case where a site survey may not be required is when you are purchasing a product which you, yourself are installing.

Project design depending on security risk analysis

Usually during the early parts of the project or build, a security measure needs to be considered. During this phase we can meet with project managers, designers and architects to agree how best to protect a facility or complex, tailoring our works to meet specific criteria and work schedules. Working closely with the other contractors and departments, Sentinal communicates and delivers on time and in budget.

Installation and commissioning

As part of our package and contained within our quotation will be the installation and commissioning of a product. With a team of engineers and equipment available, we can offer a complete supply and installation package as well as a supply only offer.

Maintenance and after sales support

Preventive maintenance is key to the smooth and reliable 
operation of any equipment. Sentinal offers service and maintenance contracts for all its products. Agreed with each customer depending on their in house maintenance/engineering teams and site requirements.
