Charter Global have achieved a wide range of global security certifications including:

• The first ever LPS 1175 Issue 7 SR5 for security shutters introduced to the UK market in 2015.
• World’s only LPS 1175 Issue 8 E20 and G15 certified security roller shutters. 
• The only UK company to hold security certification for shutters from the US Department of State.
• Certification from the National Protective Security Authority (NPSA) - the UK government's National Technical Authority for physical and personnel protective security for our Obexion MD XR shutter.
• Plus Charter’s products meet ballistic standards to protect against firearms.

OBEXION – Ultra High Security Shutters
Renowned for developing the first security shutter to achieve NPSA, DOS and HVM certification, Obexion offers high-performance shell and interior solutions. 

Tested in various attack scenarios, Obexion is certified by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) up to LPS 1175 Issue 8 G15. Recognised internationally as one of the few industry-leading certification boards for security systems, the LPCB is built up from the basics of adequate security to protecting property and people from terror attacks. 

The Obexion MD XR shutter has also successfully achieved independent approval for use by both the UK Government and US Department of State.

INTEGR8 – Specialist Built-In Shutters
Integr8 Security Shutters are a specialist range of roller shutters for many applications including local government sectors covering community, healthcare and education. 

Offering customised interface solutions, Interg8 Shutters have the capability for both structural or non-structural integration thanks to our unique lintel shutter design. 
For facilities that may otherwise go unprotected, structural integration of our lintel shutters ensures mitigation of theft, vandalism and destruction of property.

EQUILUX – Premium shutters for prime residential
Equilux is Charter Global’s premium brand dedicated to tailored physical solutions for securing prestigious residential and heritage properties. With close attention to architectural flair, Equilux boasts an extensive catalogue of independently certified products for applications including traditional town homes, coastal residences, luxury new builds and many other prestigious properties.

Often being actively involved from the outset of the project, we are able to ensure premium bespoke solutions and our meticulous attention to detail ensures a stylish, secure finished product that is sympathetic to the design and architecture of the property. 

Our Equilux range of security shutters offers a discreet, luxury solution, with built-in guide rails and hidden hood boxes concealed into window and door lintels and all materials and colours are carefully specified to give the best result for our clients.

Tailored to the property style, architectural design and security requirements, Equilux also offers the ability to intelligently incorporate shutter control through smart home controls or building management systems (BMS).

Our commitment to customer service means that we will continue to support you once a project is complete. A high level of after care service is offered, including a range of maintenance agreements with a choice of response times to suit the needs of individual clients.
