This year's Safety & Security Event Series drew a crowd of 56,115 professionals to Birmingham's NEC
The Safety & Security Event Series – The Security Event, The Fire Safety Event, The Workplace Event, National Cyber Security Show and The Health & Safety Event is Europe’s largest exhibition dedicated to the safety and security of people, places and assets.
The Workplace Event
The Workplace Event is the home for workplace and facilities innovation. Attendees meet to share best practice and source suppliers to create more effective working environments, improve employee experience, and accelerate organisational performance.
This year’s event featured workshops, live demos and a large-scale exhibition, with more than 100 speakers delivering over 80 hours of content over three days. Topics included workspace environment, employee engagement, mental health, smart buildings, and more.
The Workplace Leaders Summit featured the most prominent workplace leaders and organisations that are shaping the workplaces of tomorrow. Meanwhile The Knowledge Hub Theatres showcased the most cutting-edge workplace and FM products and solutions.
Exhibition
On the exhibition floor, attendees were able to speak to experts and find solutions to boost working space, employee performance and business potential.
The event also offered networking opportunities, bringing together professionals from the multiple disciplines that support workplace experience. A new hosted meetings programme launched this year made it easier for attendees to meet up with the right people. CONNECT+ Live is a personalised matchmaking service that matches qualified buyers with hand-picked solution providers. There were also networking drinks at the end of the first two days.

Next year, The Safety & Security Event Series will expand with the launch of Pro Integration Future Europe. 90 per cent of exhibitors have chosen to sign on again for next year’s event, which will take place from 28 to 30 April 2026.
