Scope of services

Triple A Solutions provides Institution of Fire Engineers accredited CPD training covering the full lifecycle of inclusive evacuation planning in residential settings. Course content includes:

• Identification and management of vulnerable, disabled, and evacuation-impaired residents
• Competency requirements for responsible persons, duty holders, and managers
• Legal duties under the Fire Safety Order and the Building Safety Act

Additional training modules address:

• Residential PEEPs requirements, including resident engagement, information management, consent, emergency planning, and ongoing review;
• Operational readiness for Residential PEEPs implementation across housing portfolios;
• Awaab’s Law requirements, including governance, escalation, reporting, and the interface with resident vulnerability and building safety risk management.

Learning platform and manager oversight

We recognise that buyers require assurance, not just completion certificates. Our learning platform includes manager progress tracking, enabling oversight of learner engagement and completion across teams and roles. Managers can monitor coverage, identify gaps, and support staff where required.

On successful completion, learners receive a CPD-accredited certificate, excluding two free short courses. Certification supports professional development and provides clear evidence of competence for internal governance, audits, and external inspections.
