We are company partner members of the Market Research Society, the professional trade body for market research in the UK. The Market Research Society is the pre-eminent professional body in the UK for researchers and has been providing best practice guidance and support for the industry for decades with the ‘Code of Conduct’. Among other things, this code sets out responsibilities of professional researchers in relation to protecting the confidentiality of research participants, and treating them with respect.

Your Survey Solutions Team

All projects are assigned a dedicated team consisting of a project consultant and a project leader, supported by our project executives.

Our Project Directors & Consultants have in depth knowledge and experience of running and overseeing survey projects. They are service-focused individuals who can provide advice and expertise in shaping the questionnaire, gaining the highest response rates and ensuring that you get maximum value from the project. The are experienced presenters, used to audiences such as Executive / Senior Management teams.

Our Project Leaders are the main points of contact for our clients, maintaining an open flow of communication and support for the project. They manage the project scheduling, communications, logistics, survey design and report production, keeping the project on track, advising on progress and ensuring the resolution of any queries that you may have.

Ongoing Consultancy Support

Our researchers are contactable to respond to issues and queries on the data throughout, advising our clients how they can achieve different types of analysis via the results portal or how we can support them with the analysis conducted by our team. At each point in the process, we provide counsel and advice based on our work across a range of clients and types of project.

Clients can continue to reach out to the research team to ask for advice, or perspectives on the survey findings for up to a year following the survey.

Secure and safe

Our commitment to confidentiality and respect for participants, is a key part of following the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, and since we make clear to participants that they will have their anonymity protected within our privacy policy, is a requirement for GDPR compliance.

Our systems are tested regularly for security, including the Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and we are registered with the Information Commissioners Office. Survey Solutions is a member of the Company Partner Scheme of the Market Research Society, the trade body for research in the UK, which places additional obligations of confidentiality and respect for participants in all research.

Data is stored within the UK, using UK specific datacentres and is not transferred outside of the UK.
