In addition, SHW has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 Framework. This closed framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023, gives public sector organisation access to a wide range of services to help manage their estates, including total estate management and surveying and strategic advice services

In 2025, SHW formed a Strategic Partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) to support its growth across the South East.
LSH is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading, and most progressive property consultancies with 29 offices and over 1,000 staff. The firm helps owners, investors and occupiers achieve their business goals with a suite of integrated services including sourcing, planning, funding, advising, managing and selling properties, across both public and private sectors.
The move has already enabled SHW to expands its operations in the South West M25 region, Surrey, Kent and West Sussex, adding to its established coverage of London, Croydon, Crawley/Gatwick and the Sussex Coast.
