The main role of commercial agency is to Acquire, Sell & Rent out commercial space/land. We are commissioned across the whole of the North East/West for a mix of local authority and private sector clients. We are experts in the process of acquiring and/or leasing commercial property, covering every opportunity from High Street, Out of Town and Roadside retail, offices from small to large Grade A high tech space, industrial units, F&B operators and Land. 

Our approach encompasses extensive marketing on local, regional, and national levels, coupled with expert negotiation skills and legal and financial due diligence. Our disposal and letting services streamline the complex process of commercial property transactions, handling everything from the initial instruction to legal completion and beyond. 

Within the first year of trading we acquired in excess of 40,000 Sq. ft of office space, transacted in the region of £5,500,000 in sales and let approximately 20,000 Sq. ft. These figures highlight our commitment to delivering results that exceed expectations. 

Another area of our commercial agency’s expertise is its portfolio rationalisation.  We excel in transforming old and tired buildings, releasing capital and repurposing these assets to maximise income and capital receipts.
