MIDDLETON ENGINEERING HB60 Range of horizontal channel balers meets the demanding requirements of waste and recycling Organizations dealing with high volumes of paper, card and packaging.
How does it Work
The fully automatic HB60 processes bulky waste products into high density, stable bales that are cost efficient to store and transport. Compression can be adjusted for maximum reduction of volume.
Ideally used: The HB60 performs best on a continuous basis on large quantities of waste. Due to its low headroom and small footprint, it is perfect for most locations as it is just 6.8m long. Its press force is 60 tonnes and the machine has a throughput of up to 20 tonnes per hour, dependent on material and feed method.
How is it different
The HB60 range has a shear press model incorporating a cutting blade as part of the ram.
Four models are produced 22kW, 5 7 tons/hr 30kW, 6 – 9 tons per hour 37kW 8 – 13 t/hr and 45kW. 10 – 15 T/HR
This compares well with other manufacturers’ more expensive 80 or 100 tonne models.
Some routine maintenence tasks can be carried out in house. But a yearly service is recommended.
