Housing 2025 is coming to Manchester Central on 24-26 June. Welcoming everyone in the housing and wider living sector under one roof, As the only place the whole UK housing sector comes together every year, it is where the sector will discuss and collaborate, identify solutions and speak with one voice to those framing the debate.

This year’s event features 150+ hours of CPD accredited content across six theatres, including the Fringe, known for it’s frank debates on the biggest issues – mental health, EDI, the refugee crisis and more, the Unlock Net Zero stage, an essential space to discover practical solutions for decarbonising our homes, the tenant voice and housing quality theatre, exploring how to achieve meaningful tenant engagement that improves services, lives and communities, the knowledge and insight stage, providing practical case studies, insightful debates and ‘how-to’ guides, and PfH live, offering dedicated procurement solutions enabling you to identify opportunities for short-term as well as sustainable efficiencies and improvements.

At these theatres, you can expect to be motivated and inspired by hearing from hundreds of speakers including government representatives, sector leaders, social commentators, innovators, lived experiences and tenant voices, funders and developers who can help you unlock new and creative approaches, before networking with thousands of housing professionals including local authorities, housing associations, government, key partners and suppliers, investors, housebuilders and developers, and the wider living sector. This includes 350+ exhibitors highlighting the latest business-critical developments, and the Inside Housing networking drinks at the end of the second day.
