We have in excess of 100 rooms and event spaces, all of which are available for hire from just one hour. We differ from the rest with an ‘all-inclusive’ philosophy, so we don’t charge clients for teas and coffees or for using our flat-screen TVs – in fact we firmly believe that if something is in your meeting room you can use it at no extra charge, and we will even look to give you extra equipment if you require it.

HOW IT WORKS

We automatically give you one point for every pound you spend with us on meetings, video conferencing and events (excluding catering). All you have to do is sign up and join &Rewards Club online to redeem your points for your choice of reward. You can keep track of your points in your account and our online redemption process is really simple to use.

We have a great choice of comfortable meeting rooms in a variety of sizes, available across all our UK locations, from professional interview rooms to well-equipped boardrooms.

TRAINING ROOMS

Our training rooms can accommodate up to 80 people with AV and sound equipment if required. In fact, everything you need for a successful training session.

VIDEO CONFERENCING FACILITIES

Video conferencing is a perfect way to “meet” people from all over the world without the cost. Our studios offer our usual level of comfort and our easy-to-use systems allow you to get the most from your time.

CONFERENCE & EVENT SPACE

All our venues are committed to reducing our environmental impact and we are continually improving our internal processes to reduce our impact further, including composting our coffee grounds.

We only partner with businesses that have a strong commitment to protecting the environment. We have also stepped up our drive to reduce waste at each of our locations. Our own strict recycling process has already reduced our landfill waste by 82% this year.

CATERING

We provide free chilled water, teas and Fairtrade coffee for every meeting. All you need to do is decide if you want to add breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea from our delicious menus. We have a range of hot and cold menu options that offer a balance of healthy choices and delicious treats. If you need something specific we can create a menu just for you using our bespoke service.
