Surrey Basements

Surrey Basements is a waterproofing specialist who design and implement waterproofing systems for structures in the ground. Formed in Surrey in 2008 Surrey Basements work on both commercial and domestic projects nationwide, installing to new build or existing structures. Director John Spearman attained his cssw certificate with credit in 2009 and is on the PCA waterproofing design specialist register. A partner in the company, Steve Sevier is a registered installer who has installed various waterproofing systems for 40 years and oversees the onsite installations.

With their team they have expanded to nationwide coverage working with many companies in the construction industry and architects and structural engineers. Projects can vary from new build waterproofing failures that require corrective measures to large commercial complexes. With their experience and knowledge in designing suitable systems catering for the requirements of the client and having the practical experience over many years Surrey Basements have evolved into an established and leading company within the industry. 

Surrey Basements are always looking to expand their client base and are a regular at the Self Build live shows across the country with their workshop presentations. They also present cpd seminars to building controls, local authorities and architects.
