What do we do?
Provide assured delivery of early, iterative value to our customers. We have years of public sector experience in the successful delivery of complex Portfolios, Programmes and Projects.

Why can we do it?
Our mission underpins the MMCG brand which we aspire to be synonymous with assured delivery. Our people make that brand and are motivated to turn. We are therefore very selective in who we employ. Our core team comprises security cleared, Agile trained, P3M delivery professionals that are loyal and trustworthy. We value, trust, and empower our people to deliver, providing all access reach back for guidance, support, and augmentation, as needed, to retain our delivery record. We refer to this as our Golden Thread.

Golden Thread
Most consultancies will deploy consultants without consideration of the business need, or true understanding of the resources needed to deliver. This impacts business as usual through unproductive stakeholder engagements and is front-end loaded expense that is seldom required. MMCG apply a Golden Thread from Portfolio through to PMO support to ensure the minimum required resource is deployed during discovery - to understand the business need, develop a plan, and earn customer confidence in our ability to deliver. Trust is fundamental to our success.
We repeatedly exceed expectations; secure early iterative value to our customers which instils confidence and engenders mutual trust.

Our Credentials
We are seasoned practitioners in all major frameworks and methodologies, but that is not what differentiates MMCG. Knowing how and when to apply and adapt them, through developed understanding and experience of putting tools and techniques into practices, is what separates MMCG from typical consultancies. We do not try to tailor circumstances to sector-developed tools and techniques, we tailor tools to the customer’s needs.
Our consultants have freedom to use the tools and methodologies needed to deliver mission impact without the constraints of rigorous process, a fundamental principle of the Agile manifesto.
We train, develop, and continuously improve our consultants. All core team are SAFe Scaled Agilists V5.0, Certified Scrum Masters and ITIL V4 service designers.
