Our Services

• Topographical Surveys: Any site from a single plot to a large multi-acre development. MK Surveys utilise the latest GNSS technology, Mobile Mapping plus Reflectorless and Robotic Total Stations, alongside specialist data processing software.
• Mobile Mapping: Utilizing the latest in mobile mapping technology, we offer rapid data collection for large areas, including roads, highways, and urban environments. Our mobile mapping systems use high-resolution LiDAR and imagery to generate detailed, 3D maps in a fraction of the time traditional methods require, making it ideal for infrastructure projects and urban planning.
• Aerial Surveys (LiDAR and Imagery): MK Surveys’ CAA certified pilots are able to rapidly record accurate measurement data safely and professionally using various UAV Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) platforms, producing engineering grade deliverables. Safety whilst undertaking any survey is our priority and all UAV surveys are successfully completed once all risks on site have been assessed and mitigated.
• Measured Building Surveys: We specialize in delivering highly accurate measured building surveys for architects, engineers, and property developers. Using 3D laser scanning and traditional surveying methods, we can create detailed floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections of buildings with deliverables to include: Registered laser scan data, colourised Pointclouds, 2D & 3D CAD plans, 3D Revit models for BIM, 3D Mesh & Surface files, visualisations such as Fly-throughs, Orthophoto’s.
