Situated in a prime position on Southend's famous cliffs, the Cliffs Pavilion offers fantastic views across the Thames Estuary and is an exclusive venue for your corporate event. It is perfect for a wide range of functions from a boardroom meeting for 10, a dinner dance for 600 or a conference for over 1600.

Meetings & Event Spaces

Maritime Room With excellent sound and lighting facilities the Maritime Room is self-contained with its own large bar, patio area and toilets.  This contemporary meeting and events space has bi-folding doors that open up onto the patio area overlooking the estuary and is perfect for presentations, conferences, training seminars, private functions and away days.  

Admirals Room Located next to the Maritime, the Admirals is our smaller more intimate room perfect for corporate meetings, interviews, training seminars and private dining with its own bar facility.

Auditorium The Auditorium is a unique, flexible space with in house AV and sound facilities.  It has a seated capacity of up to 1630, and holds up to 600 people for a formal banquet. The space is ideal for hosting large conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, presentations and celebrations

Southend Theatre’s menus are fresh innovative and constantly changing to reflect seasonality.

All our ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible and prepared in house by our dedicated team of Chef’s, who specialise in catering for large hospitality events.
 
Our Menu’s offer variety and flexibility to suit all events including Canapes, Finger Buffets, Unique Seaside Specials  and Formal Fine Dining.
