Our Story

It was the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games, and British swimmer, Adrian Moorhouse lined up for the final of the 100 metres breaststroke in lane 4; set aside for the fastest heat winner, it gave Adrian a small but potentially crucial advantage over his competitors.

Adrian came home with the gold medal and, although he didn’t realise it at the time, with the perfect name for the business he would co-found with a leading performance psychologist and a business executive. This metaphor drives our commitment to help our clients create environments where success is inevitable.
