ITPS is an award-winning provider of consultancy cloud computing, cloud hosting, software and managed services, packaged up in a range of as-a-service support platforms, to public sector customers through the Crown Commercial Service agreement and G-Cloud portal.
We have been designing and delivering complex solutions for the public and private sector since 2000. Being part of the G-Cloud framework means ITPS cloud services have been pre-approved to rigorous standards, giving our clients the reassurance they are choosing a high quality, expert cloud services partner. We are also fully HSCN accredited for supply to the NHS.
Our goal is to help customers achieve their business objectives through the effective use of information systems and solutions. Our wide range of technical expertise combined with broad business knowledge enables us to provide innovative and comprehensive solutions across all component parts of the ICT platform.
Customers often tell us that the knowledge and expertise of our consultants and engineers is unrivalled in the market, and our 96% customer retention is testament to that.
Our 500-strong customer base spans household names such as the NHS, Newcastle Building Society, Great North Air Ambulance Service, Swissport and Arriva, through to SMBs and charities; demonstrating the bespoke, flexible approach we apply to every customer.
We were ahead of the curve when we announced our own £4m enterprise class Tier 3 ISO27001-certified data centre and workspace recovery facility in 2014, with a raft of clients lined up and waiting to house their ICT infrastructures there. Audited by the FCA, NHS, Ministry of Justice, Cisco, Microsoft as well as other bodies, such was the demand, a second data hall was created in 2018 and data hall three is already underway. Our data centres are powered by a core 100Gbps network fibre infrastructure connecting the UK’s major cities, using diverse carrier circuits and giving our clients access to resilient and high speed, high bandwidth communications.
ITPS was one of only a handful of UK companies to be selected to join the Microsoft Azure Stack Early Adopters programme, helping to spearhead the UK release. As a Microsoft Azure Stack Partner we are part of an elite global network of premium data centre specialists authorised to deliver Microsoft’s Azure Stack solution from our own data centres. We offer flexible services from server or rack hosting to co-location, and full service models including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS and UCaaS. We are experts in creating and managing complex virtualisation and public, private and hybrid cloud solutions, on and off premises.
Every solution is designed to help clients reduce backup time, capital expenditure and risk while at the same time improving availability, security and recovery.
When it comes to partners, our extensive list of accreditations include industry leading vendors such as Cisco, HP, Lenovo, Dell, VMware, Solar Winds, NetApp, Microsoft, Virgin Media Business, BT, Vodafone, and Zayo. We are Microsoft Gold Hosting and Silver Cloud Partners, as well as Cisco Certified Cloud and Managed Services Partners, audited and approved.
Our ITIL-certified service desk is manned by over 50 engineers and provides expert 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, letting you choose the best model for your needs, ranging from standard Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 24/7 and bespoke cover. Clients can log calls online or speak to an engineer on the phone or via webchat. We can also assume responsibility for all or part of your IT needs, placing a dedicated IT manager (or appropriate resource) on your site who acts as a bridge between your management team and our support team – essentially we enable you to build a team to provide support services to your business. We become a fundamental business partner, working with you to define and deliver the strategy so you can get on with running your business
ITPS always aims to provide clients with the necessary specialist experience and a consistent high-quality service, regardless of company size, need time or location. Support services are headed by a dedicated team of staff engaged full-time on this area of work. The team can draw on an integrated network of personnel with relevant experience. To ensure that our cumulative experience is brought to bear assignments of this nature, we have implemented companywide procedures specifically designed to cover knowledge transfer assignments, supported by a substantial investment in IT.
No organisation is immune from interruption or disaster, and we have 270 fully equipped workspace recovery seats and dedicated project, build and meeting rooms housed in our own Tier 3, ISO27001-certified data centre, available to our customers. The workspace recovery centre can also be used as short term space to house project teams.
