An exclusive venue for conferences, corporate meetings and fine dining

Looking to hold your residential conference, business meeting or exclusive dinner at an Oxford venue with a difference? Then look no further. Set in the heart of the city, Mansfield College combines magnificent Gothic architecture, modern convenience, and a unity of spaces drawn together by its famous open quad.

The RIBA nominated Hands Building, newly opened by Mr Kofi Annan, offers a range of stylish conference rooms and a fully accessible 140 seat lecture theatre, the Sir Joseph Hotung Auditorium.

A stone’s throw away, Mansfield’s wood-panelled Old Hall provides an ambient yet flexible setting for meetings, drinks receptions or dinning for up to 50. For larger groups, the College Chapel, seating 140, offers a special venue for a candlelit dining experience.

Mansfield offers an excellent standard of cuisine and is renowned throughout the University for its vegetarian options. There are a wide selection of menus to choose from to suit all budgets, covering a range of styles and dietary requirements. Mansfield College also has an ample wine cellar, comprising some 130 varieties, with many specially imported from the major wine-growing regions of the world.

With over 170 bedrooms onsite, guests can choose accommodation options ranging from contemporary, purpose built en-suites, to more traditional student style facilities; some of which are available as twins. All guest accommodation comes complete with linen and hospitality tray and a delicious Full English breakfast provided each morning.

Mansfield treasures its beautiful gardens where delegates can enjoy drinks on the terrace, or take a stroll around one of the largest circular, open quadrangles in the city. As well as the array of fragrant blooms, delegates exploring the gardens will discover sculptures by well-known British artist Antony Gormley and American sculptor Penelope Jencks. Working with exuberance and passion, the highly experienced conference team at Mansfield will help make your event an experience to remember.
