Service Desk and Service Management
We specialise in round the clock service management fronted by our 24x7 service desk based in Peterborough. Our service management team eats incidents, requests, and changes for breakfast and services customers who rely on IT for the critical delivery of their core business. We maximise service availability by managing major incidents and coordinating our operational teams and multiple other third-party suppliers for our customers by tracking, reporting, and assuring performance across the end-to-end supply chain. We provide our customers with dedicated phone numbers and access to our Service Now portal for raising and tracking incidents and requests. Where required we integrate to other ITSM tools or simply adopt the usage of customers’ incumbent solution.
Our highly trained and qualified network operations team manages, monitors, and protects our customers’ networks around the clock. We are experts at network transformation, migrating circuits between network providers and introducing new technology like SD-WAN then overlaying our service wrap to enhance value and network availability. Network security is a core part of our service and includes managing firewalls, proxies, intrusion prevention and detection systems.
We have a proven track record of providing enterprise-scale digital workplace infrastructure, ensuring the devices your employees use are never the reason for a lack of productivity. We have a simple, but effective approach to Windows upgrades and continue to upgrade customers to Windows 10, whilst preparing ourselves for Windows 11 and our ability to support this in the future. Our digital workplace team manages all associated back-end enterprise systems including Active Directory, End Point Configuration Manager, KMS, ADBA, PKI, WSUS, file and print. Our service includes packaging and deployment of applications and the ability to remotely log onto devices when needed to resolve incidents.
Microsoft 365 and Collaboration
Migrating email and files to Microsoft 365 comes naturally to us. We deliver large-scale migrations including M365 tenant-to-tenant Active Directory migrations, and partner with providers of industry leading tools to enable this. We protect and secure your M365 tenant using native Microsoft and third-party tools to protect users and their data against spoofing and Phishing.
Cloud Platform Operations
Our platform cloud team manages Azure, AWS and IBM Cloud for our customers day and night, ensuring compute and storage capacity is always appropriately scaled, secure and ready to go. Our services include monitoring back-up and restore. Our cloud experts help our customers migrate applications and data to the cloud of their choice and typically we help identify use cases and run proof of concepts to validate these in advance of a full migration. Our customers really appreciate how we save them money by tidying up legacy data centres and consolidating workloads and data. We also work closely with cloud providers to find new ways of conveniently and economically providing compute.
Project and Programme Management
Whether it’s onboarding services, delivering a new solution, or improving an existing one our PRINCEII or MSP qualified Project and Programme managers tackle this in their stride. We plan collaboratively with our customers and take ownership of the end-to-end delivery and outcomes.
