The Summer Marquee: Impressive in size, our Summer Marquee offers an entirely flexible space that can be partitioned to create multiple rooms for your event. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bars, and two toilet blocks to facilitate trade shows, fairs, conferences for up to 2,000 theatre-style attendees, and awards dinners for up to 850 seated guests, which will wow your guests from start to finish.

The Sports Bar: Our most popular conference space is ideal for presentations, exhibitions, and product launches for up to 240 guests seated in a cabaret or 500-style theatre. This space includes an optional room divider for a breakout area or dining space, 32-amp 3-phase power and plenty of lavatories for all your guests. Located across from the Fairwood Brasserie, this attractive dining space is a popular choice for enjoying lunch when hosting your main event in the Lobby and Sports Bar. This space can also be partitioned off, creating two separate rooms, ideal for additional breakout space.

The Queen Charlotte Marquee: Perfectly situated alongside the track, enjoy the thrill of racing when hiring our quintessential Raceday venue. Ideal for corporate entertaining, charity auctions, your summer party, or a unique teambuilding offering, this luxury marquee is equally impressive for weddings, celebrations, summer parties, and awards dinners for up to 270 guests.
