CFH Docmail Ltd (CFH), a leading provider of multichannel communication solutions, has been named as a supplier in Lot 6—Hybrid Mail, Digital, and Transformational Communications—on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Postal Services and Solutions framework [RM6280].

Through this framework, CFH will offer a range of services, including Hybrid Mail (Click, Print, Post Solution), and digital delivery to Omni-Channel E2E Hybrid Mail, incorporating inbound communications. These services will be accessible to all UK public sector and government organisations.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2022/23, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £3.8 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
