CFH Docmail Ltd (CFH), a leading provider of multichannel communication solutions, has been named as a supplier in Lot 6—Hybrid Mail, Digital, and Transformational Communications—on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Postal Services and Solutions framework [RM6280].

Through this framework, CFH will offer a range of services, including Hybrid Mail (Click, Print, Post Solution), and digital delivery to Omni-Channel E2E Hybrid Mail, incorporating inbound communications. These services will be accessible to all UK public sector and government organisations.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. Inclusion in this framework signifies CFH's commitment to ensuring compliance, security, adherence to regulatory and legislative standards, and GDPR compliance. These factors collectively guarantee that communications are delivered efficiently and effectively to drive optimal outcomes.

Bill McFedries, Group CEO at CFH, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, "We are thrilled to have been once again named as a supplier on this framework. Trust, security, and sustainability are at the heart of CFH's core values, enabling us to deliver excellent value solutions and cultivate enduring relationships with our public sector clients."
