The London Boroughs Legal Alliance (LBLA) are set to secure two panels worth an estimated £6.3 million for full service legal advice and regeneration.
The framework agreement will be open for use by LBLA members and local authorities in Greater London and South-East England, and will run for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further year.
The full service panel will cover litigation, commercial, property and other miscellaneous local government work. It will be worth £3.3 million.
The panel for regeneration-related work, which will be worth £3 million, will cover areas including development agreements, joint entires, public procurement advice and tendering, site assembly and environmental matters.
