"We want to promote best practice in the publication and use of such pipelines to ensure new opportunities are transparent to SMEs working with local authorities," she told a Federation of Master Builders event at the House of Commons.
"We are keen for local government and private sector clients to follow our example and publish their own pipelines, enabling a comprehensive picture of regional investment opportunities for SMEs."
