A survey of the U.K. public found that during a public inquiry, most citizens want the government to prioritise evidence discovery above all else. At the same time, transparency, timeliness, and minimising costs were listed as additional important considerations. As the government faces a rising frequency and intensity of public inquiries and other types of disputes and investigations, meeting these expectations may be difficult in light of the growing role of complex, high-volume data in the fact-finding process.

Public sector and government workers handle a wealth of confidential information on a daily basis. The consequences of unauthorized access to such information can be severe, compromising national security and individual privacy. One of the most significant threats to data security is shoulder surfing, a method used by individuals to obtain valuable information by directly viewing computer screens or mobile devices of unsuspecting users. Visual hackers may gather this data innocently or exploit it for malicious purposes.
 

17 MILLION homes in the UK have been installed with retro-fit Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI) which was promised to save an average of 33% on heating energy costs, and in 2023 with rising fuel costs this equates to saving around £600 per year per home, and with a promised 25-year life cycle, and in most cases installed for free under Government acknowledged schemes, what was there to say no to?

As of 2023, industry believes that there are as many as 5 MILLION UK homes which are sitting with failed or damaged Cavity Wall Insulation which needs to be removed as soon as possible.
